GEOMEMBRANE WITH PVC SIGNAL LAYER

PVC geomembrane synthetic waterproofing membranes are designed to easily detect punctures, tears and similar situations that may occur in application. One side of these covers is black and the other side is yellow, and during production, there is an equivalence between the yellow part as a thin layer and the other dark colored part. Apart from the color difference, these products are generally produced with a thickness of 2 mm. The yellow part is approximately 0.6 mm thick and the black or dark colored part is 1.4 mm thick. In this way, the PVC membrane offers easy visual control through the yellow signal layer.

Advantages:

  • It has a homogeneous structure,
  • Production in accordance with TS EN 13967 Standards,
  • Easy and high quality hand welding opportunity,
  • Structure resistant to plant roots,
  • Product with dissolution and decay resistance,
  • Easy and economical application with wide roll sizes,
  • Elasticity, high dimensional stability and resistance to tears,
  • High score from independent testing laboratories and accredited production laboratories,
  • Structure suitable for vapor permeability,
  • It has environmentally friendly material properties that can be recycled.
  • With these features, PVC geomembrane waterproofing membranes offer various advantages.

PVC T-GRIP GEOMEMBRANE

PVC T-Grip Geomembrane is a type of geomembrane generally used in waterproofing projects. This geomembrane stands out with its special design and structure and generally offers high durability and waterproof properties. The “T-Grip” design refers to a specific profile or pattern that allows this geomembrane to grip and deploy more strongly into the ground.

Here are some key features about PVC T-Grip Geomembrane:

Material:

It is produced from PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material. PVC is a material widely used in waterproofing projects with its advantages such as waterproof properties, durability and chemical resistance.

T-Grip Design:

T-Grip design refers to a specific pattern that allows the geomembrane to hold onto the ground more strongly. This design provides better stability and retention during deployment.

Durability:

PVC T-Grip Geomembranes are known for their structures that are resistant to external factors. This provides a waterproofing solution that is long-lasting and resistant to a variety of environmental conditions.

HDPE FLAT GEOMEMBRANE

HDPE Flat Geomembranes are a prominent solution among plastic synthetic covers used in base insulation. These plastic sheets serve various purposes by showing different thickness and density properties.

HDPE Flat Geomembranes:

HDPE Flat Geomembranes are special plastic covers formed by extruding and homogeneously shaping polyethylene raw materials of different densities. HDPE is the abbreviation for high density polyethylene. These geomembranes adapt to the application area by offering smooth and rough surface options.

LDPE and HDPE T-GRIP:

Polyethylene types such as LDPE (low density polyethylene) and HDPE T-GRIP (high density polyethylene T-GRIP) are also used in insulation applications. LDPE has a lower density and is generally preferred in areas where there are many recesses and protrusions. On the other hand, HDPE T-GRIP is designed for use in areas with flatter details.

VLDPE:

VLDPE (very low density polyethylene) is a type of polyethylene that can adapt to special requirements, especially flexibility and impact resistance. Compared to other types of polyethylene, such as HDPE and LLDPE, it has lower density and can therefore be advantageous in certain applications.

Single Sided HDPE ROUGH GEOMEMBRANE:

Single-sided rough geomembranes usually have a rough texture on only one side. This rough surface allows the geomembrane to adhere better to the ground. Single-sided rough HDPE geomembranes, which generally have high tensile strength, are preferred especially in slope stabilization, erosion control and soil retention applications. Additionally, such geomembranes can also be used in water engineering projects such as water tanks, ponds and canals.

Double Sided HDPE ROUGH GEOMEMBRANE:

Double-sided rough geomembranes have a rough surface on both sides. This allows the geomembrane to provide excellent soil retention in both directions. Double-sided rough HDPE geomembranes are often used in harsh conditions, especially on slippery ground and high slope areas. These geomembranes offer an ideal solution to prevent ground erosion, reduce landslides and provide greater stability in engineering projects.

HDPE geomembranes generally have high tensile strength, which increases their durability and long-term performance.

HDPE material is resistant to many chemicals, which allows it to be used safely in a variety of environments.

The rough surface helps the geomembrane adhere better to the ground and provides ease of application.

HDPE rough geomembranes prevent leaks by creating an effective barrier in waterproofing projects.

HDPE material has recyclable properties, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
